If you have found a lower advertised price (including shipping, handling and taxes if applicable) on the same item within 10 days of your order request a price difference refund with the details below.

• The item must be currently available in the same size, style, model and color as purchased from soymedical.com, and must be in stock for purchase on the competitor's Web site.


• Special promotions such as rebates, gift certificates and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible. Price matches will not be honored on clearance, close out, inventory reduction or timed sales.


• Guarantee applies to authorized retailer Web sites only, must not be an auction site, a discount site, a search engine or a membership club..


• The Price Guarantee means we will refund you 100% of the difference between the SoyMedical.com price (less any promotional discounts or coupons and excluding shipping and tax) and the competitor's price.

How to request a Price Guarantee Refund?

Requests for a price guarantee must be received within 10 days from the date of delivery to priceguarantee@soymedical.com with the following information:

• SoyMedical.com order number.
• SoyMedical.com item number (SKU) or description from the product page or your receipt.
• Web address of the product listing from the qualified authorized retailer.
• Price and the date you saw the competitor's product.
• Your name and phone number
