    Very Good

The band is fine, and will probably work just fine for regular exercising. However, I was looking to replace a band I got with my pilates set. This red Thera-band was okay, however the resistance wasn't as high as my previous band, so I'd go with the next higher one ("heavy") if this is the purpose you're looking for. The width is also smaller than my original band, which is okay but is harder to do some of the pilates exercises that use the band around my feet, since it just rolls rather than staying flat by curving around my foot.

I use this with my horse at my vet's suggestion. The blue band has done wonders to strengthen his hind end. I use a lunging surcingle or even a saddle, tie the Theraband material to some clips and loop it around his hind legs just above the hock and attach the other end with a clip at the billet straps on the saddle. This creates a loose resistance for my horse to work against. It has improved a weak left stifle a great deal. This requires about 7 feet of elastic band, so this box is a great buy.

Being on disability, the Thera-Band will help me maintain my flexability. Having retired early, with ataxia at age of 54.\ Thanks; Larry Swainston
