At SoyMedical.com, customer satisfaction is our main priority. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an easy 30 day return policy on purchases. These items must be unopened and in new condition. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will refund your order total, less our costs for shipping and handling each way.
Step 1 - Request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
To begin the return process, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
and include your order number and the reason you want to return each item or call us at 866-336-2624.
In most cases we will immediately email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions. For some Manufacturers this process may take up to 5 business days. Once received, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions.
Step 2 - Shipping product back
Ship the product to the warehouse address provided and Retain your tracking number. If a return is shipped without a tracking number the customer will be liable if the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
In the event that a return becomes damaged on its way back to the return destination, SoyMedical.com will inform the customer via email that the item was received damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier and instruct SoyMedical.com concerning what to do with the damaged product. If SoyMedical.com has not received notification or response from the customer within 5 days, the item will be donated or destroyed.
Step 3 - Refunds to your charge card
All returns received will be inspected for original contents and packaging. The refund credit process will begin once we have determined that the item is free of damage, modifications and not been worn. Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased. Items returned without the proper RMA# are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund.
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Any item that has been opened or used in any way, assembled, installed
- Any item that is not in resalable condition.
- Any personal hygiene products (for reasons surrounding Health & Sanitation).
- Any item not accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) issued by SoyMedical.com.
- Any item that is not in the original box.
- Special purchases, including: Daily Deals, clearance items, inventory sale items, special discounts, etc.
Damaged & Defective Products
At SoyMedical.com, we understand that a product may get damaged in transit or, on occasion, there may be a manufacturer product defect. Please inspect the orders immediately upon delivery and contact our customer service team immediately at 866-336-2624. If damages are reported within 2 days of delivery we can file a claim on behalf of the customer and work to quickly resolve it. Please be aware that replacements or refunds can be hindered or denied if the customer fails to notify SoyMedical.com of defective or damaged merchandise within two business days of receipt.
