We work extraordinarily hard to ensure that you get your order quickly. All orders placed for in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours to be delivered directly to your door. We don't ship on weekends or holidays

If you are a U.S. Resident, we will ship your order using UPS or FedEx Ground home delivery service. Delivery times will vary greatly depending upon your order's destination. However, most orders take between 2 and 7 business days to arrive to your door. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

SoyMedical.com offers free standard shipping on all merchandise over $75 in the contiguous U.S.

Several states and territories, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and U.S. Military Addresses, require air shipping. You may place your order on our website but shipping charges may vary.

Contiguous U.S. Shipping & Handling Charges for Ground Delivery:

Please keep in mind that our shipping rates include a Handling Fee and are not just the raw shipping costs. The handling fee covers the cost of packing materials (boxes, tape, packing paper, etc.) and labor used to pick, pack, and ship your order.

Free Shipping Restrictions:

• Order subtotal must be $75 or more.
• Order must be shipped to a physical address (no PO Boxes).
• Valid on orders shipped within the continental U.S. only.
• Cannot be combined with other offers.
• Not combined with previous purchases. Must be in a single order.
• SoyMedical.com reserves the right to change or discontinue this free shipping offer at any time.
• For APO, FPO, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and U.S. Military Addresses shipping charges will be applied even for free shipping items as we listed in our site.

SoyMedical.com does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will contact you for instructions regarding shipping the remaining items.
