Well, I'm glad I did not send back the first ball I tried from Black Mountain because this Theraband ball is not a true 75cm. ball. It is too small and too hard when blown up to get close enough to the 75cm. Seems impossible to get true sizes in exercise balls these days. I will return this one and keep the B.M. one as it is at least proper size and stays softer than the Theraband. If you are a senior this ball is too hard making back stretches especially more painful.

After having lower back pain for several months I looked at exercise programs online. I ordered the program and then found out I need an exercise ball. I purchased the Thera-Band Exercise Ball and began the work outs. I found out that the workouts were too difficult, due to my age. So I do use the ball for a seat at my desk while using my computer. I also watch tv and bounce and roll around with the ball. I am 75 years of age and forgot that when ordering the exercise program, but I do love my big green exercise ball. And my back is getting better!
