Great product the best I have used. You can leave it on as you like it really stays on usually leave it on for 4 days. Longer than that and my skin starts to break out. I take showers with it on and it stays put. It really works good if before putting on to clean skin with rubbing alcohol if hairy and shave also. I primarily use on my shoulder, but I also use on my biceps, neck,back, and calfs. I really can't say enough about this product it is 10 times better than KT- Tape you can cut ELASTIKON TO FIT YOUR NEEDS ALSO HAS Different WIDTHS. I use the 4" and the 2 inch I buy by the box.

It came quickly and works awesome. I used it to wrap my horses hooves when he had an abscess. It lasted and stayed securely on for days until I changed it.
