Works great! Only needed the remover piece so no idea on the plugs, but the right diameter for any standard yoga ball.

DON'T do what the husband who uses little common sense did-try and slide a paring knife under the plug. Totally idiot thing to do. Yes, he punctured the ball.I have two, plus a new one coming because we use them as chairs, both having bad backs. Get this little kit-the plugs are fatter and sturdier than what usually comes in the ball itself, the lifting gadget for removing plugs is safe and dummy-proof. Didn't need the pump converter, but you might. It's a cheap investment for having something really useful on hand.

This kit just worked extremely well. My ball was probably 4 years old and getting low on air, and of course I had no idea where the plug remover and inflation insert had gone, so I got this kit and had no trouble filling up my Theraband ball.

I thought this was a plug replacement for a rugby ball but it wasn't. At least I can keep it in case I get an exercise ball. It could use some instructions but i'm sure that's not too hard to find if I really need it.
